These are selectively bred variants of the common angelfish, often called Philippine Blue, Blue Zebra, or Blue Smokey.
🔹 Appearance
- Silvery body with a powdery blue sheen
- May have stripes (zebra) or marbled patterns
🌍 Origin & Genetics
- Bred from South American species (P. scalare)
- Blue coloration is a result of selective breeding for the “Philippine Blue” gene

- Can be kept in community tanks with similarly sized fish
